• The Promotional Giveaway is an electronic gift card to the value of fifty dollars ($50) from fanatics.com

• Any person who is self-excluded or who falls into the category of excluded persons (as per gambling legislation) is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
• This Promotional Giveaway is open for participation from 27th April 2022 at 00h01 ET and ends on 27 July 2022 at 23:59 ET (“Duration”).
• In order to claim your Promotional Giveaway you will need to make one (1) first (1st) time deposit at BetMGM Sportsbook.
• Only new accounts will qualify for the Promotional Giveaway, at BetMGM Sportsbook.
• A minimum deposit of $15 is required to qualify for the Promotional Giveaway.

• Only 1 (one) entry per participant is allowed per Premium Partner – in the event that multiple entries are identified, only the first entry will be deemed valid. Any additional entries will be invalid.
• The person’s who qualify for a Promotional Giveaway will be notified and provided with the gift voucher within ten (10) days of the completion of the first (1st) time deposit at one of our Premium Partners.
• Should you not receive notification from SportsPub.com within ten (10) days of the completion of the first (1st) time deposit at one of our Premium Partners, then please email info@sportspub.com with a screenshot of your betslip as confirmation.
• The qualified persons must provide a valid and legal form of identification in the form of a US identity document, drivers’ license, or passport.
• If the qualified person fails to claim their Promotional Giveaway or SportsPub is unable to reach the qualified person, for whatsoever reason, including incorrect email or telephone number – SportsPub reserves the right, after a period of seven (7) days, the qualified person will forfeit the Promotional Giveaway without compensation.
• Participants may be invited to take part in publicity campaigns subject to agreement.

• The Promotional Giveaway is not negotiable, nor transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

No correspondence will be entered into.
